Natalie Jeffers Wilkins, MA, CAS, CSArT, CCTP

Natalie is a certified addiction specialist, certified systemic art therapist, and certified clinical trauma professional with fifteen years of experience in the substance abuse treatment field. In addition to Natalie's private practice, she currently facilitates groups with Valiant Living – Restorations Therapy and the Detox Center of Colorado, The Meadows Outpatient Center, Healing Pines Ranch, and the Lotus Lodge sober living in the Denver Metro area. Natalie has also facilitated art therapy groups with University of Colorado Hospital CeDAR, Choice House, the Lookout, and the Raleigh House.

Natalie has a masters degree in Health Psychology and Therapeutic Arts from Regis University, a degree in Communication Art and Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, and studied Addiction Counseling at Denver Cares, Art Therapy at the Colorado School for Family Therapy, and Natural Health Consulting at Clayton College and Stratford Career College.

Natalie's therapeutic approach integrates creative art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Responsive Therapy skills through a Jungian lens. She utilizes hands-on exercises with art materials as a means to identify, process, and heal the underlying aspects of addiction.
