Pricing & Insurance Information

An individual session is 60 minutes and is $145.00 per session.** Appointments should be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid being billed.

NAJ Counseling, LLC. is considered out-of-network with insurance providers. An itemized statement will be provided that can be submitted to an insurance company for reimbursement along with any necessary coding.

 

 

**  Filing insurance claims for reimbursal is the responsibility of the client.

 

It is recommended that the insurance company be contacted to determine out-of-network benefits for therapy, the cost of the deductible and how many sessions will be covered to get an estimate of reimbursal costs. Any information needed in order to file a claim will be supplied upon request.
